For the Tortillas Deluxe, first preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.

Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water, pat dry and cut into 2 cm cubes. Season with salt, pepper and Dip Hot Cheese.

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Wash and trim the scallions and cut into fine rings.

Place the tortillas in a baking dish. Sprinkle the salmon cubes, cherry tomatoes and spring onions on top, spread the crème fraîche on top and cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Arrange Tortillas Deluxe on four plates and serve.

Preparation Tip:

The Tortillas Deluxe can also be further refined, for example with chili.
