For the topping:


Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Soften couverture according to package directions. Once liquid, remove about a third of it, pour into a separate bowl and color with matcha powder.

Pour white couverture onto prepared tray. Using a teaspoon, spread green couverture over the top as desired. Using a wooden stick (or fork), brush through the still soft chocolate several times until a nice marble pattern is formed.

Spread banana chips and coconut chips over the still soft chocolate, sprinkle pistachios on top.

Let the chocolate harden completely, break or cut into pieces and store in a cool place.

Preparation Tip:

Refine with other or further toppings to taste, e.g. candied pineapple or mango.
