For the bulgur salad, bring the soup to a boil and cook the bulgur in it for 1 minute. Then remove from heat and let it swell for 25 minutes. Then put it into a salad bowl.

Cut the meat into fine, thin pieces and salt. Peel the carrots and dice them very finely. Fry both well in a little oil. Add the finished meat with the carrots to the bulgur.

Now cut the remaining vegetables (bell bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and onion) into small pieces and add them to the bulgur as well. Mix the olive oil, tomato paste, salt and cinnamon.

Pour this mixture over the bulgur. Sprinkle the herbs and mix everything well and carefully.

Preparation Tip:

Mixing some raisins into the bulgur salad gives it a slight oriental touch.
