For the non-alcoholic peach mojito, pit the peaches and peel off the skin. Finely puree the fruit pieces.
Cut 1 lime into eighths, add the mint leaves and squeeze with a caipirinha pestle. Squeeze the juice from 1 lime.
Mix everything with the crushed ice in a pitcher and pour mineral or soda water. Pour into a nice glass and serve with mint and a straw.
