For the crustacean wash the fish, pat dry, salt and pepper. Chop the almonds and nuts and mix with butter, breadcrumbs, pumpkin seed flour. Mix mustard and herbs. Add salt and pepper.
Cut the potato into slices and put them in an ovenproof dish. Place the fish on top and cover with the butter-nut mixture. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 °C for about 25 minutes.
Serve with green salad and potatoes.
Preparation Tip:
For the crustacean is recommended rather firm-fleshed fish.
