For the turkey cordon bleu in strudel dough, pound the turkey cutlets, salt and pepper.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each turkey cutlet and roll up tightly.
Remove the strudel dough from the package and place a turkey roll on each strudel sheet and roll up. Fold in the sides as you do so.
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and brush with grease. Bake in the preheated oven at 180° hot air for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
