For the fried onions, first peel the onions and cut them into fine rings. Press them apart.
Put flour on a flat plate (and mix with paprika powder to taste). Turn the onion rings in it.
Heat enough oil in a frying pan. Tap the onion rings a little and then deep-fry them in batches in the hot oil until crispy. Remove the fried onion and drain on kitchen roll.
