For the Patates me skorzo, preheat the oven to 230 °C. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters or eighths and place them in a large, shallow ovenproof dish. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, water, oregano and garlic cloves and add to the potatoes.
Bake the patates me skorzo without the lid in the oven for about an hour, until the potatoes are lightly browned, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. During cooking, move them from time to time and add water if necessary.
Preparation Tip:
The patates me skorzo can be prepared with rosemary instead of oregano.
