Peel kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Halve the tomatoes and cut into slices. Mix the sour cream with the chopped mint until smooth and fold in the sliced vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Arrange on small plates or in bowls and garnish with bell bell pepper cut into strips.
Preparation Tip:
The tomato slices can also be arranged as a base, on which you then place the kohlrabi cream. RECOMMENDATION: crusty white or wholemeal bread.
