Ice Cream Confection

For ice cream confectionery, first prepare small ramekins, preferably made of silicone.

Slowly melt the coconut oil with the chocolate and powdered sugar over a water bath. Stir several times if necessary so that the powdered sugar dissolves well.

As soon as the mixture is liquid, pour it into the prepared molds and place the ice confectionery in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Preparation Tip:

Ice cream confectionery can also be filled directly into decorative paper or aluminum ramekins.
