For the blueberry push pops, first prepare the batter. For the batter, beat egg whites until stiff. Beat sugar and egg yolks until foamy. Then sift flour and carefully fold in beaten egg whites.

Pour onto baking paper (do not spread) or into a cake pan (approx. 24 cm). Bake at 160° C for about 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

Let the dough cool and cut out circles with the Push Pops. About 18 pieces, but you can also use the leftover dough.

For the cream, mix yogurt, cream cheese and sugar. Now always alternate layers of dough, cream cheese and blueberries until the Push Pop is full.

Preparation Tip:

Use a small spoon to layer the cream. The blueberry push pops are perfect for party buffets and can be varied with any other ingredients.
