For the ice cream dumplings with Toffifee, finely blend the Toffifee in a food processor. Mix with the brittle in a bowl. Chop the meringue and add
Mix everything together well. Mix vanilla sugar with cream cheese and cornstarch, form into 12 balls with a small ice cream scoop and roll in mixture.
Place the balls together on a baking sheet and freeze.
Roll the ice cream dumplings with Toffifee again in hazelnut brittle, arrange and serve.
