For the bounty if the coconut milk has a firm consistency, warm in a water bath. Mix coconut milk, coconut flakes and sugar and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Then form small rectangles from the mixture. Chill again for about 30 minutes. Heat the chocolate glaze in a water bath or in the microwave and dip the coconut sticks individually into the glaze with the help of a fork and leave to dry on a baking paper.
